Alex Moraru is a psychologist with a deep interest in technology and AI. He started with Linux systems automation and has since moved into building intelligent, deterministic systems. Today he leads product development at LumusMaxima and is training his own language model — bringing together human understanding and hands-on engineering.
Natalia Grishkina brings 15+ years of experience building and scaling partnerships, growth strategies and go-to-market systems across AdTech and SaaS. She has worked with global platforms and helped grow large ecosystems — always with a data-driven approach and a focus on real business impact.
